Shopping Information

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can purchase without signing up but there are several advantage to having an account with DigSwag such as order tracking, order history, exclusive offers and discounts and so much more. So the short answer is No you don’t need to sign up but it is recommended.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The delivery time is usually between 2 to 4 weeks. Once the order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number the following day since tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after an item is shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country since that is not something we have control over.

Is shopping on DigSwag safe?

We take great pride in offering a safe and secure online shopping experience.

DigSwag understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. These include using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?

For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods: All major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin.

Can I use more than one discount code and/or other promo codes on a single order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be applied together on a single purchase during a checkout. You can only use one coupon code for every checkout.

Orders and Returns

Where is my order? How do I track it?

Relax. Your order is on the way. Please check your tracking information from your DigSwag Account or from the purchase order email we sent you. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. We have several warehouses in and outside of the USA. Delivery depends on where your item is coming from, as well as customs and shipping company issues. We are always working to shorten the delivery time.

I’m not happy with my order. How do I return it?

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it by contacting customer support within 7 days of your delivery date. Go to the Contact Us and fill out the return form. Our team will review the return and will email you instructions and information regarding the return request.

Items bought as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping fee whenever you are returning or exchanging an order.

Something is missing/broken in my order. What to I do?

If something is missing in your package that should be included in your order, or the item is broken and not as you have expected, you can contact DigSwag Customer Support and we will be happy to refund you or replace your item when you establish that your claim is valid. Please note that we only do refund, returns and exchange within 7 days of your purchase.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of US$0.50 regardless of the time the order has been placed because the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
